Francis L Connelly

Rochester - Francis L. Connelly, 78, passed away Wednesday May 26, 2010 at Frisbie Memorial Hospital following a period of failing health. Born January 21, 1932 in Cambridge, MA he was the son of the late Francis and Helen (Smith) Connelly. On 5/26/10 we lost a beloved family member who will be greatly missed. He was a compassionate, funny, understanding person that was always there for so many. He was a joker, story teller (in a good way), and always knew what to say and do. He last worked with Digital Equipment Corporation until he retired in 1992. Since then he became very involved with hobby trains, his wife, his children and grandchildren. He had been very involved with the Boy Scouts of Amercia and loved talking about the time he spent as Assistant District Commissioner for his district in Lowell, MA.
