Gary Mellen

Milton, NH- Gary Mellen, 66, of Porter Drive passed away at his home on April 6, 2018. Born on May 8, 1951 in Framingham, MA, he was the son of William and L. Shirley (O'Tenti) Mellon. Gary grew up in Massachusetts and spent many summers in Lebanon, ME. After serving in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War, he worked as a long-haul trucker. Gary spent the last 30 years in New Hampshire after living in New Jersey for a brief time. Gary was a member of the American Legion #7, Moose Lodge 1298, enjoyed riding motorcycles, and spending time outdoors in his youth. Members of his family include his daughters Jami Bourdeau and Jenna Richard; brothers Dana and James Mellen; his sister April Mellen; his long term girlfriend Jodi Bilodeau; his step-children Kami, Brandi, Jeffrey and Tineka. Gary is also survived by the mother of his children Terri Mellen, and eleven grandchildren, including Rylan Bourdeau who was both his grandson and best friend.
