Rochester - George R. Cochrane, 86, passed away Thursday December 2, 2010 at his home following a period of failing health. Born April 24, 1924 in South Berwick, ME he was the son of the late Henry and Winnie (Donnell) Cochrane. Mr. Cochrane worked as a carpenter and millwright for many years for the Union 921. He was a member of the Elks Lodge 1393, and the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Millwrights. He was a loving father, husband, and Pepere. His laugh filled the room and hearts of people around him.
