George Loring Spague, Sr

Rochester - George Loring Sprague, Sr. 86, passed away December 24, 2011 at the Riverside Rest Home following a period of failing health. Born April 2, 1925 in Kittery, ME. he was the son of the late Stanley and Evelyn (Frary) Sprague, Sr. Mr. Sprague served in the US Navy during WWII. He later worked as a truck driver for Diamond International before working for many years and retiring from General Electric. He also volunteered with the Rochester Fire Department.. After retiring from GE, he worked for many years at the New Hampshire Farm Museum in Milton. George enjoyed woodworking, cooking, hunting and fishing.
