Geraldine May Raasumaa

Geraldine "Gerry" May Raasumaa 90, of Rochester, NH  passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home Sunday, January 7, 2024. Gerry was born New Years Day 1934 to Leona and William Bean in Rumford Corner Maine. Growing up in Milton Plantation, Maine. Later living in Norway, Maine until marrying her husband and moving to New Hampshire where together they worked to make a home and raise their children. The widow of John Raasumaa she leaves behind her children  Frank and  Katrina Raasumaa of Farmington, NH William Raasumaa of Rochester, NH  and Terry Ann Raasumaa of Rochester, NH. Grandchildren Casey Raasumaa of Dover, NH, Samantha and Isaiah Knight of West Newfield, ME, Melissa and Whitney Tavares of Agusta, ME, Amanda and Derek Caster of Epsom, NH and Haley and Aaron Murphy of Farmington, NH. Great grandchildren Abel, Levi, Carson and Aurora. She is also survived by her twin sister Arline Estes of South Paris, ME and many nieces and nephews.
