Geraldine Whitney

Rochester, NH - Geraldine Anne Whitney, 68, of North Main St. has passed away on June 25, 2013. Geraldine had been suffering of COPD for a very long time and has moved on to a better place. She loved gardening and doing crafts. She was most proud to have been able to be there and help her son Erick after he received a head injury and at first was unable to care for himself. For the last 22 years she took care of him and helped him learn to care for himself. In the last months it was Erick who cared for his mother. Geraldine is preceded in death by her parents Bertha Kirchdofer and Alfred Patch; also her sister Leona Write. Geraldine was survived by her six children: Julianne Whitney Raab of New Hampshire, Donald Whitney Jr. of Maine, Bridgette Whitney King of New Hampshire, Patrick Whitney of New Hampshire, Roxanne Whitney Gates of Ohio, and Erick Whitney of New Hampshire. Also Her brother Paul Johnson of New Hampshire, a sister Roxanne Pagan of Florida, ten grandchildren and many great grandchildren....
