Gerard Casey

SOMERSWORTH - Gerard F. Casey, 76, of 16 Drew Road, died Tuesday, June 30, 2009 at his home.Born Dec. 7, 1932, in Rochester, N.H., he was the son of the late John Edward and Mary V. (Brennan) Casey. He graduated from Spaulding High School in Rochester, N.H., and served in the U.S. Air Force.He will be remembered for his sense of humor and his ability to tell a good story. He spent many years, making wonderful memories with family and friends on Lake Winnipesaukee. He enjoyed cooking for his family and friends, photography (especially taking pictures of his grandchildren and the outdoors), woodworking, golfing, following all Boston sports teams and spending quiet times on the deck, with his wife, listening to their favorite music. To know him was to laugh with him. Members of his family include his wife of 52 years, Jacqueline (St. Laurent) Casey of Somersworth; his daughters, Kathleen M.
