ROCHESTER - Ginette Couture of Rochester, passed away on Sunday, September 8, 2013 at the Dover Center for Health and Rehabilitation with her family by her side. Ginette was born on August 6, 1947 in Pohenegamook, Quebec, Canada to Louis and Yvette Ouellet. Ginette worked for the University of New Hampshire for 23 years. She enjoyed cooking, shopping, and being with her family. Ginette is predeceased by her husband George Couture. Surviving are her mother, Yvette Ouellet of North Berwick, ME; two daughters, Denise Adams and her husband Bill of Rochester, Lisa Smith and her husband Jonathan of Rochester; one sister, Lou Michaud and her husband Clement of Rollinsford; six grandchildren, Maddie, Charlie, Sophie, Henry, Emily, Sarah; her niece Jessica Michaud; nephews Peter Michaud and Paul Chung; and several other nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 27, 2013, at the R.M. Edgerly & Son Funeral Home from 5PM - 8PM. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Mary's Catholic Church on Saturday, September 28, 2013 at 11AM with Father Dan J. Sinibaldi officiating.
