Harvey E. Couch Sr.

Harvey E Couch Sr of Fernandina Beach FL passed away on November 14. He was born in Manchester NH, the son of Raymond and Marguerite Couch. He was a long time resident of East Rochester NH. He was well known for his love of his family and his gift of inserting his short humorous quips into conversations for a good laugh. Harvey was an avid sportsman and enjoyed playing baseball, softball, basketball, tennis, golf, horseshoes, hockey and candlepin bowling. Harvey worked many years in the construction business, building homes and apartment buildings. He later worked for Janco Inc as a mold maker. After retiring he spent his summers with his family and many friends at Silver Lake Shapleigh, ME and his winters in Debary FL. He is survived by his loving wife Arline, daughter Christen Couch and his sons Harvey Jr, Michael, Randy and Ken. Harvey was proud to have twelve grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his daughters Roberta (Bobbie) Ruginski and Patricia Burnett. Memorial services will be held in the spring in Rochester NH. Friends may call Monday June 17, 2024 from 6 to 7 PM in the Chapel of the Funeral Home. Graveside Services will be Tues.
