Helen Chase

Rochester, NH- Helen M. Chase, 75, of 33 Highland Street died Tuesday Jan. 9, 2018 at Rochester Manor after a period of failing health. She was born Aug. 2, 1942 in Rochester, the daughter of the late James P. and Lila (Gilbert) Flanagan. She is a lifelong resident of Rochester had worked 38 years at Textron. Helen enjoyed making quilts, going to yard sales and playing bingo. She also enjoyed her time at the Homemakers Day Out Program. She was the widow of Gene Chase and is survived by sons, James DeButts, Gulfport, FL., Daniel and wife Angelic DeButts, Lebanon, ME., Clayton and wife Traci Chase, New Boston, NH; daughter, Dianne DeButts, Gulfport, FL. 6 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren. Family and friends may visit Sunday Jan. 14, 2018 from 1-3PM at the R.M Edgerly & Son Funeral Home, 86 South Main Street, Rochester, NH.
