Rochester - Jacqueline Michel, 86, died peacefully at her home surrounded by family on Saturday May 25, 2013. Born May 16, 1927 in Somersworth, NH she was the daughter of the late William and Hazel (Kinsman) Kennedy. Jacqueline grew up in Somersworth and graduated third in her class from Somersworth High School. Jacqueline worked as a secretary for the SAU 56 Superintendents Office for many years. Jacqueline married her husband of 64 years, Leo A. Michel Sr. in 1948 and raised six wonderful children. She was a kind and caring woman whose life centered around her family. Throughout her early years, she enjoyed spending time at Old Orchard Beach with her brothers, sisters, and cousins. Most recently, Jacqueline and her husband Leo spent the winters in Port St. Lucie, Fl. with their eldest son Leo and his wife Linda.
