Jane Fisher

February 16, 1946 — January 25, 2016

Rochester - Jane Ann Fisher a lifelong resident of Rochester, NH, residing at 119 Maple St for most of her life, passed away peacefully at Frisbie Memorial Hospital, where she was brought into this world February 16, 1946.   Jane was a graduate of Holy Rosary High School Class of 1963, and a member of Holy Rosary Church. After graduating from high school she attended Mr. Michaels School of Hair Design in Lewiston, Maine. Graduating at the age of 18 Jane held a job as a hair stylist in Dover until becoming a homemaker and starting a family.   Jane was an extremely loving and caring person with an unmatched giving heart, and a devoted dog lover.   For the last 30 years of her life she has lived with her life partner Lyle Clinansmith and his son Christopher Clinansmith. She loved traveling with Lyle on his different job assignments, where they resided on the Micronesian Island of Guam for 2 ½ years, and traveled to Australia, Bali, Hong Kong, Saipan, Hawaii and then returning to the USA to live in Odinton, MD for two years and Arlington, VA, before returning home to Rochester, where Lyle started an electrical contracting business.   She was predeceased by her parents Gene and Mildred Larochelle, her brother Willy Larochelle and "Uncle Ray" Raymond Terrien.   She is survived by her devoted son Ron Fisher and wife Karyn of Strafford, her three grandchildren Lucas, Sydney, and Sheldyn, who were the joy of her life. She is also survived by her beloved sister Janet St. Laurent of Rochester, and her children Jeff St. Laurent of Greenland and Jennifer York of Dover, her sister-in-law Jerrine Larochelle of Rochester and her children Kevin of Alton and Karyn Grant of Rochester, her stepdaughter Jodie Daudelin of Strafford, and many great nieces and nephews.   Family and dearest friends may visit Thursday January 28, 2016 from 10-11AM at the R.M. Edgerly and Son Funeral Home, 86 S. Main St. Rochester, NH.   A memorial service will be held at 11AM in the chapel of the funeral home.   Flowers are acceptable or donations may be made in memory if Jane to the Cocheco Valley Humane Society, 262 County Farm Rd. Dover, NH 03820.
