Janet Rae Cox

ROCHESTER, NH- Janet R. (Brown) Cox, 71, of Joshua Street passed away on May 20th at home in the arms of her husband and children after a long courageous battle with end-stage renal failure. Janet was born on September 22, 1946 to the late Oscar James Brown and Violet (Lavoie) Brown, and is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 28 years Clifford Ellsworth Cox. A lifelong resident of Rochester, Janet attended Spaulding High School and graduated from McIntosh College alongside her daughter in1983.  She loved her home, beautiful flowers and cherished every minute with her grandchildren. She enjoyed trips to Disneyworld, the mountains and just going anywhere the van took she and her husband. She was a member of the VFW Women's Auxiliary and the DAV Auxiliary.
