Rochester, NH- Janice Marie Gaudreau, 74, of 19 Murray Drive died Saturday Oct. 21, 2017 at home after a period of failing health. She was born in Brookline, MA on May 15, 1943, the daughter of the late Samuel and Jeanette (Burnetsky) Floccher. She retired from the National Parks Service as a purchasing agent, which involved restoring many historic sites around the country and other responsibilities. Janice was an avid watcher of QVC and HSN. She enjoyed making stain glass. Members of her family include her husband of 44 years, William A. Gaudreau; daughter, Janine and husband Frank Chiampa; stepdaughters, Michelle and husband Gary Thompson, Pamela and husband Tom DeVivo, Rebecca Gaudreau; grandchildren, Christopher Chiampa, Tiffany DiPietro and husband Michael, Melanie Miela, Brett Ellis; great grandchildren, Samantha and Juliette DiPietro; sisters, Marguerite Smith and Joanne Conklin and her husband James; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her stepdaughter, Karen Gaudreau. A graveside service will be held at Cape Cod National Cemetery in Bourne, MA at a date to be determined. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to St. Josephs Indian School to benefit Lakota Children, 1301 N. Main Street, Chamberlain, SD 57325. Arrangements are under the R.M.
