Jean Baker

ROCHESTER ; Jean Theresa Baker, 77, passed away Friday, Jan. 30, 2009, at Sunbridge Rehabilitation and Living Center in Rochester with her family by her side.Born March 11, 1931, in Arlington, Mass., she was the daughter of the late Edmund and Agnes (Kelly) Carroll. Mrs. Baker was a secretary for many years, before working as a teller at Bank East. Jean was dedicated to talking care of her husband when he was very ill. She was a communicant of St. Mary Church in Rochester. Jean enjoyed playing bingo, crossword puzzles, celebrating St. Patrick's Day, and anything Irish.Members of her family include her children, Fran Baker of Florida, Carl Johnson and his wife, Joanne, of Rochester, Paul Johnson and his companion, Kate Mamakos of Portsmouth, Cheryl Adams and her husband, Roger, of Bridgeton, Maine, Theresa Downs and her husband, Randy, of Lebanon, Maine, Katherine Londorf and her husband, Karl, of Newmarket, and Sheila Johnson and her companion, Joseph Carpentier of Barrington; 13 grandchildren and eight...
