Jean T. Ducharme

Jean T Ducharme, 96, of Rochester, NH passed away peacefully at the Birches on July 4, 2025.
Born in Lebanon, NH on July 12, 1929, she was the daughter of William and Irene (Brown) Patterson, also of Lebanon.
On September 7, 1947, she married Norman (Bud) Ducharme and enjoyed 53 years of marriage before Norman passed in December of 2000.
Jean worked at the Rochester Savings and Trust as a Mortgage Officer as well as Granite State Title Services, helping many area residents buy their new homes.
Besides her parents and husband, Jean was predeceased by two sons, Tom, married to Sherry, in July of 2023 and Jay in June of 2025 and her sister Joyce Bagley of Lebanon, NH in 2018.
She is survived by two daughters, Gail Arndt of Rochester and Cheryl Patch, married to Glenn, of Lebanon, ME, and two sons, Steve of Manchester, NH and Tim of Melbourne, Florida.
She also is survived by many Grand Children, Great Grandchildren and Great, Great Grandchildren.
The family would also like to thank June Nutting and Lisa Alexander for their loving home care.
At 96, she was the Matriarch of the Ducharme Family and was always there to offer comfort and love to all of us who depended on her. She will be deeply missed.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Jean and her son Jay will be held September 13, 2025 at St. Mary’s Church, 71 Lowell Street in Rochester, NH at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
