Jennie Metivier

Rochester, NH- Jennie Metivier, 90, of Salmon Falls Road died Thursday August 13, 2015 at Hyder Hospice House in Dover after a period of failing health. She was born Aug. 1, 1925 in Rollinsford, NH the daughter of the late Francis and Nellie (Zabski) Krupski. She was a graduate of Dover High School, Class of 1943 and has resided in this area all of her life. She worked at Portsmouth Naval Ship Yard, General Electric Company and retired from JC Penney as a sales clerk. She was a member of St. Mary Church in Rochester and former member of the Path Finders Snowmobile Club of Berwick, ME. Jennie loved playing cards with her family and friends. The widow of Robert E. Metivier who died in 2005, she is survived by a special daughter, Betty Bernier and husband Gerry of Rochester; son, Gary and wife Terry Ann Metivier of Schellsburg.
