Jill Mercier

Rochester - Jill Mercier, 58, passed away Tuesday May 31, 2016 at Frisbie Memorial Hospital following a period of failing health.   Born October 12, 1957 in Portland, ME she was the daughter of John Turner and Sally (Maynard) Payne.   Jill was a homemaker. She was a very religious person, and enjoyed crafts.   Members of her family include her husband of 37 years Paul Mercier of Rochester, NH; her children Michael Mercier and wife Danielle of North Providence, RI; Matthew Mercier of Rochester, NH; and Anne Mercier of Rochester, NH; four grandchildren Mikaela, Autumn, Gabrielle, and Mia, her father and stepmother John and Claire Turner of Salem, MA; and her brother Jeff Turner of Hampton, NH.   She was predeceased by her mother Sally Payne.   A memorial service will be held Friday June 3, 2016 at 2PM in the chapel of the R.M. Edgerly and Son Funeral Home, 86 S. Main St. Rochester, NH.
