John Belmont Canney

John Belmont Canney was born in Farmington, New Hampshire on 21 September 1940 to Linwood B. Canney and Pauline M. Hamel. John married Francis Harriet (Hattie) (Allbee) Gough in April 1967. They had one son, James (Jim) who was born in 1969. Moving eventually to Barrington where they bought a beautiful home for the remainder of their lives. ?      John worked at Davison Rubber Company for 40 years until its closure. He met some wonderful friends while working there and around their neighborhood. John retired from Davison Rubber and took a part time job with the local community land fill until he decided living the life of leisure enjoying time with their grandson Samuel. Being a huge fan of sports, John would always watch the New England Patriots Football games and Boston Red Sox - where he would occasionally be able to attend games in Boston.
