John Brooks Ramsdell

BARRINGTON John Brooks Ramsdell, 66, passed away Thursday Dec. 10, 2009 at the Hyder Family Hospice House in Dover following a period of failing health.Born June 26, 1943 in Dover, NH he was the son of the late William C. and Muriel (Buck) Ramsdell.John was employed as a designer for the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard for many years. He was a member of the New Life Assembly of God Church in Raymond, NH, the Barrington Historical Society, and Major Waldron's. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved animals and walks in the woods. He also enjoyed history, science fiction, and computers.Members of his family include his wife of 43 years Janet (Rollins) Ramsdell of Barrington, NH; his son G. William Ramsdell and his wife Tammy of Barrington, NH; two grandchildren Hannah M. Ramsdell and Matthew Brooks Ramsdell of Barrington, NH; one brother Gary E.
