John Riley

John D. Riley, Sr., 90 years of age died peacefully on January 10, 2024 at the New Hampshire Veteran's Home in Tilton, New Hampshire. Born October 19, 1933 in Gloucester, MA. to James W and Julia (Cameron) Riley. John has lived in Tilton for the past year after moving from Rochester, New Hampshire.  He worked at Eastern Propane as a serviceman for 40 years and was a gas tech for over 47 years total.  He served in the United States Navy during the Korean war.  He was a past member of the Masonic Temple in Somersworth, New Hampshire.  John loved the Lord and his favorite past time was reading the Bible and he knew it well. John was predeceased by his parents, precious wife, and many friends and loved ones. John leaves behind seven children, grandchildren, great and great-great grandchildren, one brother and many nieces and nephews and too many family loved ones to mention, along with his two faithful friends, Myron Gilman and Pat McMullen.
