Joseph "Joe" A Fall, 64, of Creamery Hill Road in Lebanon Maine passed away on May 20, 2020 after a long battle with illness. He was comforted and passed peacefully with family. Born June 13, 1955 in North Carolina, the son of the late Erwin and Elizabeth (Godfrey) Fall. Joe was lifelong resident of Rochester NH and attended Spaulding High. He moved to Lebanon Maine and has been a resident of Lebanon for 22 yrs. He was employed at Thompson Center Arms in Rochester for many years, finishing his career as the Barrel Room Supervisor. He enjoyed his Supervisory position so well, he continued his retirement always offering to supervise any project needed by family and friends. He was also an avid fisherman that would supplement his income with winnings from less competent fishermen. His outside activities continued with being an avid hunter that relished his mornings teaching and supervising his special little Buddy in learning the art of patience and hunting. Joe was a member of the Victory Club in Rochester for 40 years. He could be found there at "his" table many afternoons, surrounded by lifelong friends he considered his family. Joe's dry sense of humor and heart of gold turned everyone he met into a friend. He also spent many hours at Beadle's Bait and Tackle Shop getting expert fishing advice (and discounted lures and worms) from his brother and friend while swapping the "big one that got away stories. He was the patriarch of his family and was adored by his many grandchildren that looked to him for guidance, teaching and to get one over on their parents. It always started with "Don't tell Mom." but ended with " Papa said " . He will be forever missed. He is survived by his daughters; Amanda Locke and partner Brian Fontaine of Farmington NH, Roxanne Lambert and her husband Kevin of Springvale Maine and Didi Fall of Lebanon Maine. His siblings Donny Beadle and wife Susan, Veronica Mattocks and husband Billy of Rochester, Joyce Fall of Bangor Maine and Melanie Abbott and husband Ricky of N.Berwick Maine. Also grandchildren Tyler, Candice, Brian, Trinity Lambert of Springvale. Denika and Kylie Locke, Ethan Fontaine of Farmington. Dominic Defalco of Lebanon Maine. Also many loved neices and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents and sister Vicky Dore of Maine. No services scheduled at this time with a Celebration of Life to be announced at a later date.
