Joseph Tanguay

Lebanon, Maine- Joseph Tanguay, 79, formerly of Lebanon, ME passed peacefully at home surrounded by family on Friday, April 1, 2022. He was born April 30, 1942 in Rochester, NH, the son of the late Raymond and Betty (Laurion) Tanguay. He worked at General Electric as a setup man for many years. Joseph had resided in Rochester, NH prior to moving to Lebanon in 1986. He enjoyed hunting and fishing but especially loved spending time with his grandchildren. He was a lifetime member of the Rochester Lodge of Elks #1393. Members of his family include his loving wife of 61 years, Joan (Michaud) Tanguay; sons, Raymond Tanguay, Donald and wife Leslie Tanguay; daughter, Anne Marie and husband Brian Pinault, grandchildren, Chad and Jaiden Tanguay; sister, Claire T. Guilbault and husband Ray and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister June T. Ramsey. Family and friends may visit Friday, April 8, 2022 from 5-7 PM at the R.M.
