Joyce B Litchfield

Joyce Litchfield Joyce B Litchfield age 79, went to be with her Lord on Monday March 25, 2019, after a period of declining health. The only child of Freeman and Margaret Johnson, she grew up in East Rochester and lived there her entire life. Joyce worked in the area shoe shops most of her career as a fancy stitcher, until their closing. She also worked at BankEast, and, Jordan Eye care. After retiring she began substitute teaching for Rochester elementary schools, and most recently worked as a Senior Companion for Cornerstone VNA. In her "spare" time she enjoyed different crafts including sewing, quilting, knitting, crocheting and embroidery. She also enjoyed reading, and camping at Alton Bay. Joyce was a member of Emmanuel Advent Christian church where she taught Sunday School and children's church for many years. Joyce is survived by four children.
