Rochester-Judith A. Whipple-Brown,62, of 71 Gold Rush Lane in Rochester died Wednesday December 12, 2012 at the The Langdon place in Dover NH. Born January 15, 1950 in Lancaster NH she was the daughter of the late Perley and Rita (Cyr) Whipple. Judy has lived in Rochester for the past 4 years after living in Portsmouth where she worked for 24 years as a Para professional caring for children with special needs. She was very active in many area organizations to help United states veterans, member of the DAV Auxiliary, Commander of Chapter 4, Senior Commander of DAV and helping at the Veteran Home in Tilton NH. She would spend many hours after school with a program called Friends Project for Special needs children. She enjoyed helping, caring and watching these wonderful children grow. She also enjoyed crafts, shopping, modeling and singing.
