Julia Caroline Maddox

Julia Caroline Maddox-most humble, loved and adored wife, mother, Sister, Godmother, Aunt, cousin, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, and friend.  Julia was beautiful and talented in so many ways.  She was meticulous about her home and herself.  She always liked her hair and nails done, and she loved jewelry and shoes.  She also loved to adorn others, like her Daughter.  Julia married William Rich in 1965.  While life wasn't always easy the two loved each other with a love many can only dream of.  Together they raised 4 boys, Raymond, Tommy, Gary and Allen; all sadly preceded her to Heaven leaving her with an aching heart.  She also has a Daughter Susan and Son in Law, Carl.  Her love of Family was so great and she has so many that she so enormously loved; too numerous to name.  She loved babies and pets and giving to those in need, whether she herself was in need or not.  Julia also leaves a dear Sister Ginny, and Sisters in Law, Vicky, Raye and Myrle.  Her two Brothers Bobby and Jr preceded her to Heaven along with her Brother's in Law, Cecil and Bob.  Julia suffered many losses during her life, but it never diminished the love she gave.  She lived her later years in a lot of pain.  Though she left us unexpectedly, she would say she was ready to stop the pain she had every day.  She would be so sad to leave those she loves, but she had deep Faith in God and the saving Grace of Jesus.  She knew where she would go and be reunited with those who went before her, and one day with all whom she loved.
