June L Roberts

Rochester - June L. Roberts, passed away Saturday July 14, 2012 at the Hyder Family Hospice House after a courageous battle with cancer. Born June 15, 1934 in Rochester, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Edna (Gilbert) Ryan. She was a graduate of Spaulding High School, and worked on the reunion committee Mrs. Roberts graduated from Notre Dame College in Manchester, NH as a Registered Nurse. She then worked at Frisbie Memorial Hospital, after which she worked for Dr. Barcomb for many years, then working as a private duty nurse and finished her career working for Dr. Alexander C. Smith for 35 years. She cherished all of her patients. She was a dedicated, devoted and loving wife, mother, grammy, great grammy and aunt. She enjoyed doing puzzles, reading, many camping trips, and spending time at the beach. Her most enjoyable times were spent with her family and friends.
