Rochester NH- Kathleen Craveiro McKay, 65, of 7 South Elderberry Lane died Thursday Sept. 27, 2012 at Hyder Family Hospice House in Dover after a long courageous battle with cancer. She was born June 3, 1947 in Lynn, MA the daughter of the late Lawrence and Gladys (Demaso) Dever. She was a graduate of Saugus High School and worked many years as a technician supervisor for Millipore Corporation in Danvers, MA. Mrs. McKay has resided in Rochester for the past 11 years previously living in Somersworth,NH and Peabody ,MA. She was an avid gardener and enjoyed doing crafts, entertaining people and stamp collecting. Members of her family include her husband of 4 years, Thomas McKay of Rochester; son, Eric Craveiro, Dover, NH; daughter, Kimberly Klemczuk, Brentwood, NH; stepdaughter, Susan Pridham, Durham, NH; 6 grandchildren, Ashlee and Brittany Klemczuk and Jessica Neves;, Jacob, Emma, Alleigh Pridham; sister, Bonnie Swain, Milton, NH and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son Brian Craveiro of Rochester NH. At her request there will be no services. Arrangements are under the care of the R.M. Edgerly & Son Funeral Home, 86 South Main Street, Rochester NH.
