Kenneth Maciver

Kenneth N. MacIver, 90, died Wed. Sept. 11, 2024 at Wentworth Douglass Hospital After a period of declining health. He was born in Rochester Jan. 12, 1934 the son of Angus and Marjorie (Guy) MacIver.
He was known for his charming personality and always making someone else smile. He was proud of his age and once said if you went to church he’d be the oldest one there.
You would often see him at McDonalds or the American Legion with his pencil in hand drawing pictures of little houses with dirt road and airplane in the sky. His goal was to leave something behind
Up until the age of 80 Kenneth roller skated at Happy Wheels mostly.
He served proudly in US Air Force during the Korean War, Marines and National Guard.
He had been employed at Eastern air Devices.
Ken was very proud independent person and rarely asked for help due to his stubborn nature that he could do it himself
Predeceased by siblings Allard MacIver, Burton MacIver, Donald MacIver, Clifton MacIver and Francis MacIver
Survivors include a sister Eleanor Mae MacIver many nieces and nephews and a special friend Martha and her daughter.

Burial will be at the NH State Veterans Cemetery on Wd. Oct. 16, 2024 at 1:00PM with Military Honors.
