Lillian Deely

Lillian A. Deely died on Dec. 17th after a period of failing health. She was born June 26th, 1934 in Farmington, NH to Malcolm and Ethel (McCullough) Young. After a childhood spent in Northwood she lived most of her remaining years in Rochester. Lillian was a much-loved worker at Dunkin' Donuts from the early 70's to the early 80's where she made many lasting friendships. She loved her flea market where you could find her set up selling her treasures almost every weekend! She continued to do this for a couple years into her 80's until it just became too much for her. She made many special friends there who she held in her heart until the day she passed. Lillian is survived by her sister Elizabeth (Young) Geers of Concord, sister-in-law Maxine (Laduc) Young of Ossipee, her children, Joseph Deely of Rochester and his fiancé Linda Peavey, Mark Deely and his wife Patty of New Durham, Kevin Deely and his wife Nancy of New Durham, Karen Levesque of Strafford and her partner Julio Gonzales and Kathleen Latessa and her husband Anthony of Rochester, her grandchildren Hannah (Deely) Thomas and her husband John, Abby Deely and her fiancé David Wilfing, Erica Deely and her partner Joe McHugh, Erin (Deely) Pickup and her husband Kevin, Michelle Spurling and her partner Eric Lucas, Nicole Spurling and her partner Carl Grace, David Deely and Nicholas Latessa, her Great Grandchildren Max and Vivienne Wilfing, Ellie Spurling, Benjamin Lucas and Olivia Pickup, special cousin Gloria Brewster and her family and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Lillian is predeceased by her husband Joseph Deely, brother John Young, brother-in-law George Geers, nephew Lawrence Geers and niece Andrea Young. Calling hours will be held Friday December 21st from 6-8 at the R.M. Edgerly & Son Funeral Home, 86 South Main St, Rochester NH 03867 Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10am in the chapel of the funeral home. Burial will occur Spring of 2019 in the Pine Grove Cemetery in Farmington NH
