Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lisa Waite 63 who passed peacefully in her home on September 29, 2026 surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Exeter NH on August 20,1963 Lisa was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Family was the center of her world and nothing brought her greater happiness than being surrounded by the people she loved. She cherished every moment spent with her daughters, grandchildren, creating lasting memories that will be treasured forever. She grew up in Seabrook NH and then moved to Nottingham where she raised her children in her childhood camp on Pawtuckaway Lake.

Lisa was a woman with a heart of gold. She was the kind of person who was always there when anyone needed a helping hand. She never hesitated to help others and give freely of her time and love. Lisa loved boating, camping and spending time with her family and friends. Some of her happiest moments were the simple ones: laughing together, sharing stories and spending time by the water or sitting around the campfire enjoying the people who mattered the most.

Lisa was predeceased by her parents Williard and Harriette Douglas and her brother Richard Douglas. She leaves behind her brother Lawrence Douglas, her sister Marlene Schrempf, her daughter Terri Caouette and her husband Tim, her daughter Amanda Frechette and her husband Scott and her nine grandchildren: Madelynn Knight, Alexis Caouette, Morgan Caouette, Elizabeth Caouette, Sonya Caouette, Jakob Frechette, Zoey Frechette, Sarah Caouette, and Shaun Frechette. Her grandchildren will forever carry with them the love and memories she gave and her daughters will remember her strength, love and unwavering support.

Lisa's passing leaves an emptiness that can never be filled but her love will continue to live on through her family and everyone whose life she touched. She will forever be remembered for her kind heart, her generosity, strength and most of all the love she had for her family. Though she is no longer with us, Lisa will never be truly gone. She will live on forever in the stories we tell, the memories we share and in the hearts of those that loved her.

A memorial service will be held at the First Baptist Church, 25 Church Street Rochester, NH at 2pm on October 12, 2026. Followed by a reception in the church fellowship hall, light refreshments will be served. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
