Lorette Green

Rochester - Lorette Y. Green, 96, of Rochester, NH died Wednesday morning, Dec. 19, 2012 at Hyder Family Hospice House in Dover. She was born in Lynn, MA., on Dec. 2, 1916. She was the daughter of Eustache A. and Aldora E. (Ouellette) Ross. She was married to Patrick V. Green in 1937 with whom she shared 46 years of marriage. They had one son and one daughter. She received her elementary education in Lynn, Mass and her high school education in Lewiston, Maine. After marriage, Lorette and Pat moved to Rochester. As a result of her husband joining the US Marine Corps during WWII she returned to Lynn, Ma to be near her family. She worked as a secretary for General Electric Co. before moving to back to Rochester with her husband and children. During the following years she worked at the People's Building and Load Assn. (Profile Bank today), Archambault's Furniture, and the Rochester Savings Bank & Trust Co. She and her husband moved to Clinton, ME in 1969 until he died in 1984 at which time she moved back to...
