Lynda Jean Edgerly

Lebanon, ME.- Lynda Jean Hastings Edgerly, 61, passed away peacefully at her home after a brief illness. Lynda was born April 25, 1961 in Rochester NH the daughter of Neal Hastings Sr. and the late Sandra (Waterhouse) Hastings. Lynda was a graduate of Spaulding High School. She has resided in this area all of her life where she had several careers. Lynda worked for China Palace, and True Measure in Barrington, NH She enjoyed gardening, yard saleing and making crafts. She was an amazing stain glass designer. All who knew her will remember her for her sincere kindness, inner beauty and especially her infectious laugh. She will be greatly missed by all. Members of her family include her true love and best friend Scott G. Edgerly whom she married on July 3, 2021 after spending 25 wonderful years together; his daughter, Brittany (Mike) White and their child Benjamin; brothers, Neal Hastings, Jr.; Marty Vachon, sisters, Lisa Hastings Daudelin, Charmon Klaeson, Krista Sanders, Karly Chipman, Marjorie  Lovering, Beth Goss, Jennifer Sarcione;  mother-in-law, J. Susan Edgerly, brother-in-law Morgan and his wife Kim; sister-in-law, Ellen Edgerly; aunts, Jean Hett, Linda Waterhouse,  uncles, Dave Fisher, Jimmy (Lorraine) Waterhouse, Steve (Solange) Waterhouse; cousins, Misty Couch, Tim and Brett Waterhouse, Julie Gagne, Kelley Gagnon and many nieces and nephews and her special dog, Thelma and cat Ebb. She was recently predeceased by her brother Michael Hastings, and her grandparents, James and Emma Waterhouse. Family and friend Family and friends may visit Saturday, July 23, 2022 from 11-1 PM at the R.M. Edgerly & Son Funeral Home, 86 South Main Street, Rochester, NH The funeral service will follow at 1 PM in the chapel of the funeral home with Rev. Jeff Hunt officiating. Burial will follow in the Rochester Cemetery, Franklin Street, Rochester, NH.
