Madeleine Fortier

Rochester, NH- Madeleine Fortier, 83, passed away Friday, April 27 at Frisbie memorial Hospital after a long illness. Madeleine was born July 27, 1934 in Springvale, ME the daughter of the late Armand and Leontine (Deschine) Morin. Madeleine retired from Eastern Air Devices in Dover in 1998. Upon her retirement, she enjoyed traveling by air, sea, bus, and train with her late husband Paul and spending time with family, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She enjoyed visiting her neighbors in the tight knit community of Tara Estates. Madeleine is survived by her three daughters Elaine of Rochester, Melanie Cantin of Berwick, ME, and Aimee Nicely and her husband Conrod of Berwick, ME; her four grandsons Justin Cantin and wife Elizabeth, Jared Cantin and wife Leigh, Joshua Cantin and wife Cassy, and C.J.
