Margaret N. Martineau

Rochester - Margaret N. Martineau, 87, passed away Thursday April 3, 2014 at her home following a brief illness. Born April 27, 1926 in Milton, NH she was the daughter of the late Norman and Eleanor (Trask) Tilton. Margaret worked for many years as a Librarian for the Rochester School System. She was an avid sweepstakes participant who had many successes in her endeavors. Even winning some of her grandchildren new cars. Members of her family include her children Leon Martineau and wife Alberta of Rochester, NH; and Ann Marie Alexander and husband Robert of Rochester, NH; her grandchildren Joshua, Jason, Laurie, Amy, Paige, and Chelsea and her great grandchildren William, David, Heather, Sarah, Victoria, and Alison. She was predeceased by her husband Leon Martineau in 2004, sons David in1979, and William (Bill) in 1996. A graveside service will be held at her request in the Rochester Cemetery at a later date.
