Marion Elizabeth Chisholm

ROCHESTER - Marion Elizabeth Chisholm (Ellis) passed away on May 17, 2018 surrounded by family after a brief illness. Born February 22, 1925 in Dover, NH to parents Samuel and Mildred Ellis. She graduated from Dover High School in 1943 and went on to graduate from the Wentworth Nursing School in Dover as a registered nurse. She worked in several departments and was the head nurse on the old Dunaway 2 floor and in central supply. She married Harold Chisholm, the love of her life, in 1948 and they were together for 64 blissful years until his passing in 2013. They were the epitome of what a happily married couple should be and thoroughly enjoyed each other's company and never lost that spark. They enjoyed a life together, on many fishing trips and travelling adventures with their group of close friends known collectively as the "Gang" and had several memorable trips to locations all over the east coast.
