Mary D. Trafton

Milton, NH- Mary D. Trafton, 95, of Pineland Park Road died Friday Nov. 29, 2019 at Frisbie Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. She was born June 17, 1924 in Bangor, ME the daughter of the late Wallace and Alice (Montgomery) McGlaughlin. She has resided in Milton since the 1960's and was a homemaker. She enjoyed cooking, knitting, crocheting. Mary was an avid reader and loved handwriting letters to her family. The widow of Harold Trafton, she is survived by daughter-in-law, Marion Trafton; many grand, great grand and great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her children, Michael, E. Clifford "Butch" and Bertha Trafton, Harold (Buddy) Trafton, Roger Trafton and Gene Trafton; and 8 siblings. A graveside service will be held in the Spring at Milton Mills Cemetery in Milton Mills, NH. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the charity of ones' choice. Arrangements are under the care of the R.M. Edgerly & Son Funeral Home, 86 South Main Street, Rochester, NH.
