Rochester, N.H.-Mary Elizabeth Wiles, 85, of Murray Drive, passed away on January 10th 2018 at Frisbie Memorial Hospital. A resident of Rochester for most of her life, Mary was born March 12, 1932 to Ralph W. Hanson Sr. and Margory (Knight) Hanson. She is survived by her husband of 70 years, William R. Wiles whom she married June 30th, 1948, and their three sons, Russell K. Wiles and his wife Eileen of Tilton, N.H., Stephen Keith and husband John Diamond of Dover, N.H, and David and wife Kathy of Rochester N.H. Mary was an organ entertainer for 20 years, mostly at the Foxy Johnnie B in New Durham, and owned a music store called Love Music in Dover. She lived in Venezuela from 1950 to 1954. Mary loved her family dearly, and was kind-hearted and friendly. She loved music, spending time by the sea, and going for a walk along the beach. In her retirement she enjoyed travelling, and was a member of the Emmanuel Church. Other surviving members of her family include her three grandsons, Michael, Jayson and Gregory, and her four great-grandchildren Molly, Spencer, Alyssa, and Brycen, and nephews Brad and Bob Trafton. Friends and family are invited visiting hours on Saturday January 20th from 11:00 to 1:00, followed by a Memorial Service in the Chapel of the Edgerly Funeral Home located at 86 South Main Street in Rochester. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to Cornerstone Hospice and VNA, located at 178 Farmington Road in Rochester, N.H. 03867. Final burial arrangements will be made by her family for the Spring at Lovell Lake Cemetery in Sanbornville, N.H.
