Michael David Ahern, 88, died Thursday Mar. 31, 2022 at Frisbie Memorial Hospital. He was Born in Lynn Mass. Jan. 11, 1934 the son of Maurice and Lena (Coleman) Ahern. He had been employed as a mechanic with the MBTA He was a veteran of the US Army He enjoyed hiking, geocaching (with 3465 finds), hunting, fishing, kayaking, and camping in Eustis, ME.  He climbed all the 4000 footers in NH.  Hiked the Appalachian Trail from Mount Katahdin to the NY CT border and was found hiking on Mount Washington more times than he could remember.
