ROCHESTER Michael P. Navoy, 11, of 200A North Main St. died Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2011, at the Children's Hospital in Boston after a courageous battle with cancer. Born March 15, 2000, in Rochester, N.H., he was the son of Michael Navoy and Brenda Gagne. Michael loved life, he enjoyed laser tag, go-carts, camping, hiking, basketball, school and music. He was also the type of kid who always comforted others; he was also a little rascal who sometimes wanted to just get a rise out you. He had a very uplifting spirit that really had an effect on other people and is also what helped him get through the last few months of his life. He enjoyed school and was a very good student. He worked very hard to make the honor role at the end of his fifth grade year and was very proud of that. Michael, even through his very last days, woke up with a smile on his face which was contagious to others around him. He made his illness look easy to those around him.
