Mildred J Holmes

Nottingham NH-Mildred J. (Jones) Holmes,99, of 238 Old Turnpike Rd died Tuesday July 23, 2013 at her daughters home. Born October 4, 1913 in Strafford NH she was the daughter of the late Frank and Florence (Parshley) Jones. Mildred has lived in Nottingham for the past 74 years after moving from Strafford. She worked as a custodian for many years at UNH. She was a charter member of Nottingham Women's Club, Rochester Rebekkas, Crown Point Grange, Past Director of The American Legion Auxiliary District 3, and Past Chapeau Departmental 8/40. Members of her family include her daughter Barbara (Holmes) Pratt of Nottingham, her grand daughter, Gretchen Colpritt and her great granddaughter Danielle Colpritt both of Nottingham, her nephews; Gary Holmes, Jerry Vermette and Dennis Vermette all of Rochester, a niece, Christine (Jones) Libby of Barrington, and many cousins.
