Rochester- Noel Harper, born an angel on December 8, 2010 to Samantha and Randy Spates. Noel weighed 2lbs 14 inches long. Noel was beautiful and will be missed. Noel leaves behind by her sister Carmen Elizabeth, age 3 and brother Brooklyn Xavier, age 2. Noel will be loved and missed by her Mimi and three aunts, Amber, Faith, and Kathleen. Noel Harper our Angel. A service will be celebrated Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at 11 AM at the R. M. Edgerly & Son Funeral Home, 86 S. Main Street, Rochester, NH 03867
