Rochester, NH- Norman J. Grenier, 92, of 105 Ten Rod Road died Sunday June 24, 2018 at his home after a period of failing health. He was born Dec. 5, 1925 in Rochester, NH the son of the late Arthur and Mary (Dubois) Grenier. He was a lifelong resident of Rochester and a retired carpenter from Seabrook Nuclear Power Plant. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII Norman was a loving father, grandfather and uncle to numerous nieces and nephews. He was an avid Red Sox and Patriots fan. He enjoyed the outdoors, camping, gardening, fishing and traveling. Norman especially loved his dogs and was everyone's friend. The widower of Frances (Drapeau) Grenier he is survived by children, Norman Grenier, Jr. and wife Robin, Cheryl Rapson, Denise Isaacson; Rollande Isenberg and husband Hank, Darlene LeClair, Debbie Grenier; grandchildren, Renee' Lirette, Timothy Norwood and wife Ellen, Jeremiah Grenier and wife Erin, Paul Clement and wife LeeAnn; Rachael Isenberg, Emily Isenberg, Mandy Goodrich and husband Eric, Courtney Morgridge; 8 great grandchildren, 3 great- great grandchildren; siblings, Rene Grenier, Cecile Germon, Claire Daigle, Richard Grenier. He was preceded in death by his loving wife and brother, Robert Grenier. Family and friends may visit Wednesday, June 27, 2018 from 4-7PM at the R.M. Edgerly & Son Funeral Home, 86 South Main Street, Rochester, NH. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday at 9AM at St. Mary Church, 71 Lowell Street, Rochester, NH with Fr. Thom Duston as celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, Rochester NH. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Cornerstone Hospice and VNA, 178 Farmington Road, Rochester, NH.
