Normand O. Petit, Jr.

Rochester NH- Normand O. Petit, Jr. 61, passed away Monday Dec. 26, 2011 at his home after a sudden illness. He was born in Exeter, NH on August 17, 1950 the son of Normand and Mary (Williams) Petit, Sr. He attended the Advent Christian Church during his school years, played in the high school band and graduated from Exeter High School, Class of 1970. He went on to graduate from Stratham Technical School in Stratham, NH where he acquired a machinist degree. Norm worked at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard then retired from Verizon as a linesman after 30 years of service. He was a member of IBEW and the bowling Club in Exeter, NH. Norm enjoyed woodworking and was the owner and operator with his wife of The Carriage Shed in Rochester NH. He loved spending time with his family especially his grandchildren.
