HAVERHILL, Mass. - Patricia Lee Jenkins, 63, of 26 11th Ave., Haverhill, Mass., died Monday, Nov. 2, 2009, at Merrimack Valley Hospital after a period of failing health.She was born July 28, 1946, in Rochester, N.H., the daughter of Elizabeth (Brown) Wells and the late Chester Wells. Patricia was a graduate of Spaulding High School, Class of 1965 and had worked in local shoe factories. She also worked for Goodwill Industries. She was a longtime member of the First Crown Point Baptist Church of Strafford and served as past president of the Wilbur M. Comeau Unit 4 American Legion in Haverhill, Mass. She was a former member of the Auxiliary to the Sons of Union Veterans of Civil War and the 4- H Club. Her hobbies included birdwatching, floral arranging, trains and enjoying the Christmas holidays.Members of her family include her husband of 27 years, Douglas E.
