Pauline Meader

Rochester, NH- Pauline L. "Polly" Meader, 89, of 22 South Cranberry Lane died Wednesday March 19, 2014 at Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Rochester after a brief illness. She was born Sept. 10, 1924 in Danvers, MA, the daughter of the late Ralph and Lena (Leavitt) Lawson. She has resided in this area most of her life and was a graduate of Spaulding High School, Class of 1942. She worked many years as a librarian for the Rochester School System. Members of her family include her husband of 65 years, Paul G. Meader of Rochester ; daughter, Betsy Bouma and husband Jim of Kennebunk, ME. grandchildren, James Conner, Hooksett, NH, Katie Conner and fiancé Cory Lloyd, Alexandria, VA., Jeffrey Conner, Londonderry, NH; great grandson, Matteo Conner and several nieces and cousins. She was predeceased by two sisters, Dorothy Hall and Betsey Parsons. At her request there will be no services. Burial will be in Friends Cemetery Rochester, NH at a later date.
