Phyllis Chenard

Rochester - Phyllis Chenard, 70, passed away on Sunday, December 4, 2011. Born December 15, 1940 in Lynn, MA, she was the daughter of the late Franklin and Mary (Bowley) Libby. She married Thomas Chenard in September, 1962 and they settled in Hamilton, MA. Phyllis was a homemaker while raising her two children and later worked as a pharmacy technician for CVS in Hamilton, MA. She was an avid country music fan. She enjoyed knitting, exercising and socializing with the friends she made while living at Tara Estates. She loved spending time on her computer, learning all she could. Her greatest joy was her family, especially her two granddaughters whom she loved more than words could express. Members of her family include her husband of 49 years Thomas L.
