Phyllis Roy

Rochester, Nh- Phyllis Roy, 89, formerly of Lebanon, Maine passed away Dec. 20, 2021 at the Studley Home in Rochester after a period of failing health. She was born July 5, 1932 in Rochester, NH, the daughter of the late Roy and Doris (Watson) Hamilton. She had resided in Lebanon, Maine for 62 years previously living in Rochester. Phyllis attended Radiology training at the Laconia Hospital and went on to work at Frisbie Memorial Hospital, Wentworth-Douglass Hospital and Maine Medical Center where she was assistant chief radiologist. She taught radiology at Westbrook Junior College. Later in life Phyllis worked at Star Market in Rochester until her retirement in the 90's. Phyllis enjoyed the outdoors; hunting, fishing, and camping. She liked playing cards with her husband, Charles and especially spending time with her family.
