Lebanon Me-Raymond B. Devaux,78, of Hubbard Rd died Sunday January 1, 2012 at the Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Rochester after a long illness. Born March 16, 1932 in Somerville Ma he was the son of the late Robert and Grave Devaux. Raymond has lived in Lebanon for the past 39 years after retiring from the United States Air Force for 20 years where served as a Recruiter consultant. He was a also an auditor for BPX. Raymond is a 25 year member of the Mount Clemens Lodge #6 , 30 year member of the American Legion Post 7 in Rochester. He enjoyed playing pool, candle pin Bowling and stamp collecting. He was also a member of the York and Great Bay Stamp Club. He also enjoyed watching Texas hold'em. Members of his family include his nephews and nieces; Doug and Tom Paver, Debra Bogard and Nancy Lentz, John and Doug Mahoney, Denise Ward, , a brother Chester Devaux, and his sons and daughters also very close friends, Bob and Janet Bruyere, he predeceased by his brother, Bobby Devaux, his sisters; Joan Paver and Carolyn Mahoney. Edgerly & Son Funeral Home, 86 South Main St, Rochester NH 03867. Burial will be in the Cold Spring Cemetery in the Spring.
