Raymond Hartley Taite Sr.

Rochester - Raymond H. Taite Sr., 87, passed away on March 15, 2013 at the Hyder Family Hospice House in Dover, NH. Raymond was born on October 27, 1925 to the late Hartley and Mary Taite, and grew up in Old Town, ME. Raymond served in the United States Navy during World War II, and upon returning home, practiced carpentry. He was a member of the American Legion Post 7. Raymond is predeceased by his daughter Dawn; as well as seven brothers and sisters. He is survived by his son, Raymond H. Taite Jr of Dover, NH; his daughter Kathy Robinson and her husband Bruce of Rochester, NH; his son-in-law Ken Jordan of Brewer, ME; six grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. Per Raymond's request, there will be no services. Cremation is under the care of the R.M. Edgerly & Son Funeral Home, 86 S. Main St. Rochester, NH 03820.
